Shipping Policy
We process and ship orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message or email with tracking details (if available).

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

14-Day Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Personalized or custom products

Return Process
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs
